 Storytime - Kids Section

Storytime: Thursdays from 11:00 AM-11:30 AM

Join us for Storytime on Thursdays from 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM in the Library Programming Room. Parents & caregivers are invited to meet new friends and build on pre-reading skills. Although this program is geared towards young child, babies, toddlers, and school age children are also more than welcome to attend. Storytime programs consists of the five (5) practices of early literacy skills from Every Child Ready to Read which include: 1) Singing 2) Talking 3) Reading 4) Writing and 5) Playing.

LEGOs

Join us for a free build or challenge with our LEGOs. This program focuses on teamwork as well as those elements of STREAM which stands for science, technology, reading, art and mathematics.
