Thank you for your interest in our Library study spaces.
The Harold D. Cooley Library offers two (2) private study rooms, one (1) small Conference Room that seats eight (8) with a small kitchenette, and one (1) Programming Room. The study rooms are first come, first served, and must be reserved with the Circulation Desk and require a library card or a photo ID. These rooms can be reserved for a maximum of two (2) hour blocks of time per day.
All private study rooms and the Conference Room must be vacated at least 15 minutes before the facility's closing.
No food or drinks (other than water) are allowed in any of these Study Rooms.
Noise must be kept to a minimum and it is preferred that headphones are used when watching videos. Headphones are available to borrow, ask front desk staff.
The Conference Room and Programming Room may be reserved by calling 252-459-2106.
We recommend that you reserve these rooms as early as possible.
Library and Town of Nashville programs and events take first priority for the Conference and Programming rooms.
We're sorry, but none of our rooms can be used for the purpose of selling products or services.
