Nashville Running Festival - ALL DAY FAMILY EVENT, Saturday, October 29, 2022
A fun filled crisp October day in Nashville, NC. Join us as we run through the Birchwood neighborhood of Nashville NC on a special 5K course. The 10K course will be 2 loops and the Half Marathon will be 4+ loops. The course will provide water/aid stations as well as entertainment along the route.
Each registered runner will receive: T-Shirt, Finisher Medal, Food and Beverage Tickets
Half Marathon relay is a fun event for 2 to 4 runners. The event price above is for the all members of the team. The first person to register the team is automatically the captain of the team and will need to create the team. The captain will pay 100% of the race fee. Each member of the team that signs up after the captain, should go through the registration process, signing wavers, and providing size of T-shirt. Each member of the team will receive a T-shirt and race finishers medal. Once at checkout, the total balance due for team members 2 - 4 will be zero. Please come out to the race and enjoy live music by The Embers, featuring Craig Woolard from 11:00am - 3:00pm, food vendors, craft beer and bounce houses. Race starts at 10:00am. A great family event that you do not want to miss!
Cancer research is about saving lives and extending lives. It’s about allowing kids with cancer an opportunity to grow up into adulthood. Allowing young adults with cancer an opportunity to see their kids grow up and live adult lives. Allowing grandparents with cancer an opportunity to be around just a little longer to be a presence in their grandchildren’s lives.
This race is more than another race on the calendar. It’s about doing what we can with the time we have. It’s about being a part of something greater than ourselves. It’s about family, friends, community, and making memories that last beyond a lifetime.
