The mission of the Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department is to advance the quality of life of our citizens by providing positive recreational experiences through programs and events. We continue to adapt to the needs of the community and work to preserve and enhance our green and open spaces.

Nash Arts
The Nash County Arts Council celebrates and promotes local, regional, and nationally acclaimed artists, offers art education, and provides funding to other area non-profits for arts-related programming. Available for rental, the venue can seat up to 180 persons.

O.D. Moore Scholarship Foundation Building
The Nashville Chapter of the Nash Central Senior High Alumni Association/O.D. Moore Scholarship Foundation operates the O.D. Moore Scholarship Foundation Building. The facility seats approximately 100 people based on seating arrangements.

The Interclub Civic Council operates the Nashville Community Building. The facility seats approximately 75 to 100 people based on seating arrangements.
