The printed agenda is distributed to Board members no later than four days preceding the Board meetings, whether regular, special, or continued Board meetings. Board members, Mayor, Town Council, Town Manager, Director, Department Heads, and citizens may submit items for the Board agenda. Items to be considered must be submitted to the Office of the Director by 12:00pm, Monday, prior to the regular meeting. Meetings are open to the public.
